KCT @ Cascadia BioFi Conference
Join Us for a Biochar Demonstration at the Cascadia BioFi Conference!
Kulshan Carbon Trust is excited to partner with Circular Spring to host a live biochar demonstration and presentation at the first-ever Cascadia BioFi (Bioregional Finance) Conference.
What’s Biochar?
Biochar is a carbon-rich material made by heating organic waste (like wood or crop residues) in a low-oxygen environment. When added to soil, it improves soil health, retains water and nutrients, and locks carbon away for centuries—making it a powerful natural climate solution.
What’s Bioregional Finance?
Bioregional finance focuses on investing in local, community-based solutions that support healthy economies and ecosystems. It’s about keeping resources circulating within our region to build resilience and foster regenerative practices.
Join us to learn how biochar production connects directly to climate action, soil regeneration, and thriving local economies!
